Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on opo4d. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. Registering, or attempting to register, while under 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Residency. opo4d primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing this platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under the applicable laws of your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of opo4d is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on opo4d:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unconditionally prohibited under domestic law;
• Persons who have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from opo4d;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of opo4d and its affiliate companies;
• Persons acting as agents, proxies, or syndicates for other individuals for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

2.4 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on opo4d. Opening, or attempting to open, multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. opo4d reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK as recorded on your KTP or equivalent), registered mobile number, and active bank account or e-wallet details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). opo4d reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any activity that triggers our fraud-detection protocols. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a passport, or a driver's license (SIM). opo4d may also request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or OVO account confirming your registered name). Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. opo4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately. opo4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to an account where the Member has not taken reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

3.5 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered name, date of birth, or identity number are not permitted after verification is complete, except in cases of documented legal name change supported by official documentation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. opo4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated and settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). opo4d does not accept payment in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your opo4d account in real time upon confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer are subject to standard interbank processing windows and are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during WIB business hours. opo4d does not charge any fee on the receiving end for standard deposits; your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees independently.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. opo4d processes approved withdrawal requests to e-wallets within an average of 1–3 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are processed within an average of 5 minutes during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside of these hours may be queued for processing at the next available window. opo4d reserves the right to apply additional processing time in cases requiring fraud review or KYC verification.

4.5 Withdrawal to Registered Method Only. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your opo4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. This policy is a core anti-money-laundering control.

4.6 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not using opo4d for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose. opo4d operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will cooperate with any lawful investigative authority that requests account information pursuant to a valid legal process.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional credits issued by opo4d are subject to these general terms unless a specific promotion's terms and conditions explicitly state otherwise. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Each bonus offer carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating the total amount that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable funds. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus means the Member must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted on those funds. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified per promotion.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets may contribute at a variable rate depending on the odds and market type. Specific contribution tables are published on each promotion's detail page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. opo4d is not obligated to issue reminders prior to expiry. The validity period for each bonus is stated at the time of issuance.

5.5 Abuse and Manipulation. opo4d actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk exposure; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and collusion with other Members. Where bonus abuse is identified, opo4d reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Member's account.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states that it is combinable, only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active and requesting another bonus simultaneously is not permitted.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on opo4d are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning processes conducted by licensed Evolution Gaming studios. opo4d does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any way. Results are final once a round is completed and settled on the platform.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — including server interruption, disconnection, or software error — that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round, opo4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Member's account. opo4d's decision in such cases is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is owed in malfunction scenarios.

6.3 Sportsbook and Live Betting. Sports betting markets, including bandar bola (Indonesian-market football wagering) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting), are governed by opo4d's sportsbook rules published on the Sportsbook page. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Any bet accepted at an incorrectly published price (palpable error / "palp") may be voided or settled at the correct market price at opo4d's discretion.

6.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results and settlement rules are governed by the official draw schedules and payout tables published in the togel section of opo4d. Draw results are sourced from official market feeds and are not subject to dispute on the grounds of alternative result sources.

6.5 Responsible Use of Game Features. Features such as autoplay, turbo spin, and fast-bet should be used responsibly. opo4d's responsible gaming tools, including session time limits and deposit caps, remain applicable and enforceable regardless of which game mode a Member uses.

7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. opo4d is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to feel compulsive, distressing, or financially harmful, we encourage you to use the tools available on our platform and to seek appropriate support.

7.2 Available Controls. All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools via Account Settings, effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits — caps on the total amount a Member may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications after a specified continuous play duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary account suspension from 24 hours up to 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion — permanent account closure with a minimum cooling-off period before any reinstatement request is considered.

7.3 Age Verification Enforcement. opo4d enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any Member found to be under 21 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately closed and all associated funds withheld pending investigation. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the opo4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of opo4d or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). All rights are reserved.

8.2 Restricted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the opo4d platform without prior written consent from opo4d.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property supplied by licensed studios remain the property of their respective owners. opo4d is an authorized distribution partner for all studio content available on the platform.

9.1 Platform Availability. opo4d aims to maintain continuous 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events) may cause temporary unavailability. opo4d is not liable for losses or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Limitation on Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opo4d's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action arising out of or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. opo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from use of or inability to use the platform, even if opo4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using opo4d, you accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. opo4d does not guarantee winnings and does not offer investment returns of any kind.

10.1 Termination by Member. You may request the closure of your opo4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts under active fraud or AML review may not be closed until the review is concluded.

10.2 Termination by opo4d. opo4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where:

• A Member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A Member has provided false registration information;
• A Member has violated any provision of these Terms;
• A Member is found to have engaged in fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• A Member's continued use of the platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to opo4d;
• Required by applicable law or a lawful order from a competent authority.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all bonus funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money balances (where the account was closed in good standing) will be returned within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed for cause (fraud, Terms violation, or KYC failure), opo4d reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.

11.1 Applicable Law. These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to opo4d's operating entity. While opo4d is designed for and marketed to Indonesian players, and Indonesian Rupiah is the platform's native currency, Members acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is complex and that it is their individual responsibility to ensure compliance with any domestic legal obligations that apply to their personal use of the platform.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and opo4d in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through direct communication with opo4d's support and compliance team in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with opo4d's formal complaints procedure.

11.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12.1 Right to Amend. opo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, opo4d will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is material and adversely affects Member rights, opo4d will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the opo4d platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 10.
